Welcome to Vitamind! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vitamind mobile application ("App") provided by Octo8 ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vitamind, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vitamind is a vitamin and supplement tracking application that helps you:

  • Track your daily vitamin and supplement intake
  • Set reminders for taking vitamins
  • View your intake history and progress
  • Sync vitamin data with Apple Health (optional)

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Vitamind is a tracking and reminder tool only. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • The App does not replace professional medical advice
  • Always consult a healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen
  • We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on App usage
  • Vitamin recommendations and dosages should be determined by qualified healthcare professionals

4. User Responsibilities

When using Vitamind, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your supplements
  • Use the App for its intended purpose only
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Keep your device and App updated for optimal performance and security

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Octo8 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Apple Health Integration

If you choose to enable Apple Health integration:

  • You authorize Vitamind to write vitamin intake data to Apple Health
  • You acknowledge that Apple's terms and privacy policies apply to Health data
  • You can revoke this permission at any time through your device settings

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure or App malfunction
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
